Every major denomination of religious faith in the United States has a written or spoken affirmation that eye, organ and tissue donation is one of the highest expressions of compassion and generosity. During National Donor Sabbath, faith based communities around country take the time to raise awareness about what it means to be a donor and how this incredible gift can impact the lives of others.
There are several ways that you and your faith communities can become involved in this event. Many free resources are available.
